Sonam Singhee Mr. Soumyajit Das Mahapatra Mr. Samit Bhanja Mr. Arka Roy ….for the petitioner The order dated July 30, 2026 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track, 2nd Court at Barasat in Misc. Case No.7 of 2025 is under challenge in this civil revisional application. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that though several documents were filed by the petitioner but the same was not taken into consideration by the learned Additional District Judge. After some argument the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this civil revisional application with liberty to file an application for review before the learned Additional District Judge. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 3313 of 2026 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a review application before the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track, 2nd Court at Barasat.
