The petitioner never shared any common roof with the respondent Ghangashree. But with false averments and allegations, he was arrayed as respondent. After the dismissal of domestic violence complaint, the petitioner had occasion to peruse the originals and proceedings before the Lower Court and found that the respondent committed perjury by giving false statements and false affidavit before the judicial officer. Hence, filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.2764 of 2025 to take action against the respondent for commission of offence punishable under Sections 193, 199 and 200 of I.P.C. This petition was filed on 21.11.2025. Thereafter the case was posted for serving notice, on 11.12.2025, 08.01.2026, 03.02.2026 and thereafter for filing counter it was posted to 13.02.2026, 13.03.2026, 21.04.2026, 08.05.2026 and on 03.06.2026, counter was filed and now the case is posted on 07.07.2026 for enquiry. The petitioner seeks a direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Tambaram not to further delay and complete the enquiry and pass orders on Crl.M.P.No.2764 of 2025. 2. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tambaram is directed to hear the petitioner as well as the respondent without further delay and dispose of Crl.M.P.No.2764 of 2025 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This two months period is only an outer limit. 4.
