This Court on 24.02.2021 passed the following order: “It is seen from the order sheet that though called four times between 25.10.2019 and 04.03.2020, the petitioner, who appears in person, was absent. He is absent even today. However, as a final chance, the petition adjourned to be called after two weeks.” 2. From the aforesaid order, it is evident that the petitioner, who appears as a party-in-person, had remained absent on several earlier occasions despite the matter being called on four dates between 25.10.2019 and 04.03.2020. 3. Even today when the matter was called out, the petitioner (party-in person) remained absent. It appears that the petitioner is not diligent in prosecuting the petition.
