It is seen that the petitioner is the father and the third respondent is his son. The petitioner is the owner of the subject property. While being so, the third respondent has been creating problems regarding the property dispute. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police. 3. In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry into the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing due notice to the counter-parties.
