By way of filing the instant petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned FIR No. 346/2020 registered with the Police Station, Pragpura, District Jaipur (Rural) for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469, 471 and 120-B IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court that after thorough investigation, the police has submitted the Final Report (Negative) in the aforesaid FIR on 26.12.2020 and the same has also been submitted before the concerned Court on 30.09.2021, hence under the changed circumstances, this petition has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
