THE PRINCIPAL, GOVT.JUNIOR COLLEGE FOR GIRLS, KURNOOL. ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue a writ, in the nature of the writ of mandamus or anyother appropriate writ, direction or order declaring the action of the respondents in suspending the petitioner, not paying the due amounts of Dearness Aloowances Arrears, incremental arrears, arrears of Revised Pay Scales-2005 and reverting the petitioner directly from suspension, to the post of School Assistant and depriving his livelyhood and violating his fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 14, 19 and 21 as arbitrary and unconstitutional contrary to law, opposed to public policy and against to the principle of natural justice. Consequently direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner as a Junior Lecturer in English in any one of the Government Junior colleges at Kurnool Town with all service benefits, pay the due amounts of salary and other allowances, regularize the period of suspension, reversion and to treat the period as duty and pass such order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the interest of justice. IA NO: 1 OF 2007(WPMP 30129 OF 2007 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner as a Junior Lecturer in English in anyone of the Government Junior Colleges at Kurnool at once with all other service benefits considering his valuable services rendered to the Nation as well as his sincere efforts in teaching pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass such further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit andproper in the circumstances of the case.
