The   Committee   examined   and considered the application, along with the supporting documents such as the Detailed Project Report (DPR), Bank Appraisal Report (BAR), Bank Sanction Letter (BSL),   Application   Form   and   other   relevant 1 Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 2026:HHC:14337 documents as submitted by the unit.  The Committee also took note of the dates of submission as reflected on  the  portal.    Upon  detailed  deliberation, it  was observed that the Detailed Project Report uploaded by   the   unit   lacks   substantive   project   details   and contains   only   financial   information. After examination in light of the criteria prescribed under Clause 7.3 of the Scheme, the Committee was of the view that the unit was not prima facie eligible for consideration.     Futher,   in   the   absence   of   any budgetary   allocation,   the   application   could   not   be considered eligible for consideration.  A true copy of the minutes of the meeting is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure R/5. 2. In   view   of   the   above,   no   further   action   is required to be taken.  Consequently, petition is disposed of.
