Learned counsel for the respondent also would submit that the appellant died four years back. Therefore, no application has been filed to bring the legal heirs on record in accordance with law. Hence, the appeal stands abated. 3. Considering the above submissions, we are of the opinion that since no steps have been taken as per law to bring the legal heirs of the deceased appellant on record, the appeal stands abated in accordance with law. 4. Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as abated.
