The case of the prosecution is that in furtherance of a matrimonial dispute, the petitioner attacked his father-in-law and mother-in-law with knife, causing injuries to his father-in-law to which he later succumbed. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this is the second bail application filed by the petitioner. He further submitted that the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.04.2026. He further submitted that he has been falsely implicated in the present case and that he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the Petitioner. 4. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the Respondent Police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner had murdered his father-in-law and caused severe injuries to his mother-in-law. He further submitted that the petitioner has three previous cases pending against him, one of which is for an offence under Section 307 IPC, apart from other offences. I have given my anxious consideration to either side submissions and perused the materials available on record. 6. Considering the totality of the circumstances, the seriousness of the allegations against the petitioner and the petitioner has bad antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7.
