The instant writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with the following reliefs:- “a. Allow the present Writ Petition and direct the Ld. District Court to expedite the execution proceedings bearing no. Execution Suit No. 246 of 2023; b. Pass any other order and/or directions in favour of the Petitioner as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 5. As it appears from the relief that the execution proceeding arising out of an Award dated 27.12.2021 of Arbitral Tribunal is pending since 2023. Generally, the execution proceeding should have expedited within six months. 6. The relief as sought appears to be innocuous. 7. Mr. Ghanshyam Joshi, learned Additional C.S.C. for the State has not raised any objection. 8. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the learned Executing Court to expedite the proceedings of the Execution Case No.246 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
