KESAVULU, AGE: NOT KNOWN, OCC: SHIFT OPERATOR, 33/11KV SUB-STATION, KOTHAPALEM, CHINNAGANJAM MANDAL, PRAKASAM DISTRICT. ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a writ or order, orders or directions more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus - i. declaring the action of the 3rd and 4th respondents in denying the shift operator appointment to the petitioner and appointing the lesser meritorious unofficial respondents as shift operators in Kothapalem 33/11KV sub-station, Chinnaganjam Mandal as illegal, arbitrary, discriminative, non-application of mind, extraneous considerations, mala fide and opposed to the 'doctrine of legitimate expectation' and also violative of the Memo.No.CMD/CGM/HRD/JS/HRD/DGM-I/PO-II/A.I/D.No.24/14, dt.19-01- 2014 issued by the 1st respondent besides violative of the Arts.14 & 16 of the Constitution of India; and ii. consequently, direct the respondents in general and 3rd and 4th respondents in particular to review the shift operators appointments made for Kothapalem 33/11KV sub-station, Chinnaganjam Mandal and also direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as shift operator in Kothapalem 33/11KV sub-station, Chinnaganjam Mandal basing on his merit in qualifying examinations i.e. SSC & M; and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2014(WPMP 5463 OF 2014 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents in general and 3rd and 4th respondents in particular to consider the candidature of the petitioner to the post of shift operator in Kothapalem 33/11KV substation, Chinnaganjam Mandal duly considering his comparative merit both in SSC&ITI and pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1.
