Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 191 ( 2 ), 191 (3) , 190, 126, 115 ( 2 ), 117 (1) , 118 (1) , 109, 103 (1) , 352 and 351 ( 2 ) of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , allegation against this petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons brutally assaulted family members of informant by means of lathi, danda, farsa , bhala , garasa and butt of pistol, as a result of which they sustained injuries and during course of treatment, uncle of informant died. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of deceased. 4. Considering the nature of accusation , materials Patna High Court CR. MISC.
