Gour Mr. Fahad Imam ..for the petitioner Mr. Kallol Mondal, ld. P.P. Mr. Anamitra Banerjee Mr. Utsav Dutta ..for the State By filing the present application, the petitioner seeks quashing of NDPS Case No. 20 of 2023, arising out of New Township Police Station Case No. 160 of 2023 dated October 1, 2023, pending before the learned Special Court under the NDPS Act-cum- Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd Court, Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman, wherein the petitioner has been alleged to have committed offences punishable under Sections 21(c)/25/29 of the NDPS Act. The examination of the Investigating Officer, who is the last charge-sheeted witness, has been fixed for November 17, 2026 by the learned Special Court. In view of the aforesaid, I am not inclined to entertain the present revisional application at this stage. Accordingly, CRR 1129 of 2025 is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to urge all points available to him at the appropriate stage of the proceedings. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings. (Kausik Chanda, J.) 2
