By way of filing the instant petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned FIR No. 957/2012, registered with the Police Station J.D.A., District Jaipur for the offences punishable under Section 420 & 406 IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor has apprised this Court that perusing the factual report received from the SHO, Police Station Sanganer Sadar, District Jaipur South indicates that after investigation, Final Report (Negative) has been submitted which states the case to be false.
