By the said order, while granting anticipatory bail, the petitioner was directed to appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem, daily at 10.00 a.m. except on holidays, until further orders (for a minimum period of 30 days). 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner could not comply with the said condition for four days and, therefore, seek relaxation of the same. It is seen that the petitioner has thereafter continued to comply with the condition and have been signing before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem, for the past 70 days. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition for more than 70 days, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for the purpose of investigation. 5.
