Considering the said submission, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6 (i) of the order dated 30.04.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.7842 of 2026 in Crl.RC.No.982 of 2026 to the extent that the amount which was already paid by the petitioner to the tune of Rs.1,70,000/- to the defacto-complainant and he shall deposit the remaining amount of Rs.1,80,000/- within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Failing which, the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7842 of 2026 in Crl.RC.No.982 of 2026, dated 30.04.2026 shall stand automatically cancelled. The respondent is at liberty to secure the petitioner in accordance with law. 4.
