The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chatra Sadar Mahila P.S. Case No.18 of 2023, for offence registered under sections 323, 341, 342, 307, 504, 506, 498(A)/34 of IPC and Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in court of learned S.D.J.M., Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be husband of the informant and false allegations of assault and demand of dowry are made and even the entire family members have been made accused. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that petitioner happened to be the husband. 5. Considering that petitioner happened to be husband and in course of argument it has been pointed out that husband and wife both have lodged the case against each other and further in the case of sections 498A IPC and 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act the entire family members have been made accused, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today and learned court shall release petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
