It has been asserted that the applicant had applied for legal aid counsel and the same was granted to him. The documents were required to establish the petitioner’s bona fide conduct in the custody of the authorities. There was a delay in procuring the paper book, hence, the delay in filing the revision. No reply is required to be filed. The fact that the applicant is incarcerated is not disputed. He could not file the revision because he was inside jail and was unable to arrange funds and documents. Poverty of a person cannot be held against him. Therefore, the applicant has shown sufficient cause for not filing the revision within time. Accordingly, the present application is allowed, and the delay in filing the revision is condoned. The present application stands disposed of. Cr.
