The same is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the office order reveals that the petitioner has been granted work charge status w.e.f. 12.02.2004 on notional basis. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 12.08.2025 passed in CWP No.12987 of 2025, titled, Ashok Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and another stands complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition. However, it is made clear that in case the pay of the petitioner is not re-fixed after taking into account the work charge status granted to him within eight weeks, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
