The Court made the following Order:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent. 2. Both the learned counsels submit that the petitioner died on 04.09.2019, thereafter, no further steps have been taken. However, in view of the relief sought in this writ petition nothing survives for adjudication.
However, if the Legal Representatives of the deceased petitioner have any grievance pursuant to the service of the deceased petitioner, they can work out their remedies separately in accordance with law. 3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
