2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police alleged that petitioner would have involved in drug peddling. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case and that he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the Petitioners. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the Respondent Police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that 6 previous cases were pending against the petitioner. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5. 6. From the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), it is seen that the offences charged against the petitioner is under NDPS Act and upon the fact that petitioner has got 6 previous cases, this Court is of the firm view that enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail would shock the conscience of the society.
