In the circumstances, WPA 27635 of 2025 is disposed of by directing the authorities of Jhalda Municipality to consider and dispose of the representation dated August 16, 2022 being annexure p-4 to the writ petition within a period of 12 weeks from the date of communication of this order and upon granting an opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioners. 4. The authorities of Jhalda Municipality shall communicate the reasoned order within a period of 2 weeks after conclusion of the hearing. 5. There shall be no order as to costs. 2 6.
