GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- “…to issue a Writ order or direction especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the actions of the Respondents especially the respondents no 5 and 6 in interfering at the behest of respondents No 7 and 8 without any manner of right and threatening him to settle the civil disputes and the same is sub judice before the Honble Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge Nandyal vide O S No 549 of 2019 as illegal arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents no 5 and 6not to interfere with in the civil disputes and not to call the petitioner to the police station and to remove the police force from the private property belonging to the petitioner and pass such order(s).” 2. Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Sri Ayesh Azma, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that Respondent Nos.7 and 8, at the instance of Respondent Nos.5 and 6, have 3 Dr.YLR, J W.P.No.9644 of 2026 Dated 09.04.2026 unnecessarily called the Petitioner to the police station and threatened the Petitioner to settle the civil dispute with Respondent Nos.7 and 8. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, submits that the Petitioner was called to the police station only for the purpose of counselling, and that the Petitioner was not harassed by the respondent police. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing Respondent Nos.5 and 6 not to call the Petitioner to the police station hereafter and not to interfere in the civil dispute pending between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.7 and 8. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed. _________________________ DR. Y.
