Learned State counsel for respondents 1 to 5, on instructions, would submit that eight respondent is having a storage unit after obtaining requisite license/approval. In any event, he would submit that petitioner’s representation 21.05.2026 would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed, after hearing petitioner as well as eight respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by learned counsel for petitioner. 4. In view thereof, there shall be a direction to respondents 1 to 5, to consider petitioner’s representation dated 21.05.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner, eight respondent and any other interested party, within a period of four weeks from the date of uploading of web copy without waiting for the receipt of certified copy. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case. 5. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of.
