Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Appellate Tribunal has taken up the appeal without any notice and without any opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and excluded the names of the petitioners from the roll. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for a direction upon the Appellate Tribunal for restoration of the appeal and to dispose of the same after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. 3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court finds that the only grievance of the petitioners is that the Appellate Tribunal has disposed of the appeal by excluding the names of the petitioners in the roll without giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. 4. Accordingly, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to restore the appeal of the petitioners and to dispose of the same after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 5.
