08.01.2026. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, while granting bail to the petitioner, the learned Magistrate imposed a condition directing the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties, for a like sum. Out of the two sureties, one surety must be a blood relative or family members of the petitioner and both the sureties were directed to produce relevant document with satisfaction of the learned Magistrate. However, the petitioner is unable to comply with the said condition, since her blood relatives and family members are residing in Shencottah, and none of them is residing in Chennai. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, for a likesum.
