The instant writ petition was filed, inter alia, for an order that Police authority be directed to take necessary steps forthwith in connection with Khanakul Police Station Case No.740 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024 registered for investigation under Section 316(2) of the BNS, 2023. 2. After filing of the instant writ petition, it appears that the Police has already completed the investigation of the case and has submitted a charge sheet no.221 dated 24.4.2025 against the four persons. 3. The petitioner submits that the instant writ petition can be disposed of by observing the right of the petitioner to approaching the jurisdictional Magistrate and to redress any further grievance of the petitioner in connection with the investigation of the case accordingly. 4. WPA 28539 of 2024 is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Magistrate and to redress any grievance that the 2 petitioner may have. If such an application filed the learned Magistrate shall decide the same expeditiously. 5. However, it is clarified that this court has not gone into the merit of the case of the petitioner or quality of the investigation conducted by the Police. 6.
