When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent, submitted that the case is currently at the stage of the Investigating Officer’s evidence. He further submitted that the trial can be concluded and disposed of within a period of one month. 3.
