By presenting this writ petition prayer is made for directing concerned police authority to intimate petitioner about FIRs pending against him. It is further submitted that petitioner belongs to erstwhile ruling party and after declaration of result of Assembly Election, 2026 petitioner is being arraigned in several FIRs. 3. State respondents are represented by learned advocate who has submitted that in three FIRs petitioner has been arraigned. 4. However, such submission made on behalf of State respondents is disputed by learned advocate representing petitioner and it is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there are four FIRs subsisting as on date against petitioner. 5. Be that as it may Commissioner of Police, Howrah Police Commissionerate being respondent no.3 is directed to intimate petitioner about FIRs pending against him as on date along with necessary [2] particulars by forwarding a letter by fortnight from date. 6.
