The petitioner, who is the plaintiff in the suit O.S. No.74 of 2014 seeks for early disposal of the said suit. According to the petitioner, the suit was filed for permanent injunction and is pending for DW2 cross from 05.02.2024 onwards. 3. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with by this Court. 5. This Court, after giving due consideration to the fact that the suit is of the year 2014 and is in the stage of DW2 cross from 05.02.2024 onwards, directs the Sub Court at Tiruvallur to dispose of O.S. No.74 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
