The petitioner has approach this Court on the allegation that Police has failed to take appropriate steps in connection with New Town Police Station Case No.229 of 2024 dated 03.09.2024 registered for investigation into the offence punishable under Sections 419/420/406/468/471/506/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2. The State has submitted a report wherefrom it appears that the Police has fully completed the investigation of the said case and has already submitted a charge sheet before the trial court on 31.12.2024 3. It is reported that the matter is now pending trial. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has no further grievance so far as investigation of the case is concerned, subject to the perusal of the charge sheet submitted before the trial court. 5. WPA 23165 of 2024 is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate her grievance, if any, 2 before the jurisdiction Magistrate Court with regard to investigation of the case, if any. 6.
