Learned vice counsel for the respondents has filed an affidavit in compliance with the directions dated 06.04.2026 and copy of office order dated 29.04.2026. The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the office order dated 29.04.2026, passed by the Senior Executive Engineer, Electrical Division, HPSEBL, Nahan, reveals that the petitioner has been granted the benefits in terms of the directions passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP(C) No.10719-10720 of 2025 and thus judgment dated 17.06.2025 passed by this Court in CWP No.9617 of 2025, titled, Sohan Lal vs. HPSEBL and Another has been complied with. 3. Since the directions contained in the judgment has been implemented, the application for revival of execution petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is accordingly disposed of.
