Abdulla Mondal Mr. Subrata Ghosh Mr. Mazid Hossain Saleh ….for the petitioner Mr. Chandi Charan De, AGP Mr. Anirban Sarkar ….for the State The petitioner alleges that the property of the petitioner has been utilised for the purpose of construction of a market complex but no compensation in respect therefor has been paid to the petitioner till date. Mr. De, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that no representation in that regard has been submitted by the petitioner before the appropriate authority. Faced with such situation, the learned advocate for the petitioner prays for liberty to file an appropriate representation before the appropriate authority. In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, WPA 12126 of 2024 stands disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation before the appropriate authority insofar as the grievance of the petitioner relates to utilisation of the property of the petitioner without paying any compensation is concerned. If such a representation is submitted, the appropriate authority 2 shall consider and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representative.
