The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondents in not paying the pending salaries of the Petitioner for the period from 28.06.2024 to 30.11.2025, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The Petitioner is working as Computer Operator in the office of Respondent No.5 since the year-2019. While so, for the period from 28.06.2024 to 30.11.2025, the salary was not paid to him. Thereafter, the Respondent No.5 addressed letters, dated 29.09.2025 and 02.05.2026 to the Respondent No.4 for further action with regard to the pending salary of the Petitioner for the above said period. As no further action is being taken, the present Writ Petition came to be filed. 3. Sri M.S.R. Murthy, learned Standing Counsel does not dispute the claim of the Petitioner and submitted that the amount due to the Petitioner would be paid in four monthly installments starting from July- 2026. 4. Heard the counsels. 5. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with the following directions:- 5 (i). The Respondent-Authorities are directed to disburse the amount due to the Petitioner for the period 28.06.2024 to 30.11.2025 in four monthly installments starting from July-2026. (ii). No order as to costs.
