...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in not paying the pending salaries to the petitioner for the period from 28-06-2024 to 30-11-2025, despite the Letters dt. 29-09- 2025 and 02-05-2026 submitted by the 5th respondent to the 4th respondent to take further action to pay the pending salaries to the petitioner for the above said period, as illegal, arbitrary and offends Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to pay the pending salaries to the petitioner for a period of 17 months i.e from 28-06-2024 to 30-11-2025 forthwith and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents to pay the pending salaries to the petitioner for the period from 28-06-2024 to 30-11-2025 forthwith by the considering the Letters dt.
29-09-2025 and 02-05-2026 submitted by the 5 respondent to the 4th respondent by requesting to pay the pending salaries to the petitioner, pending disposal of the main writ petition and pass such Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:
1. The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondents in not paying the pending salaries of the Petitioner for the period from 28.06.2024 to 30.11.2025, as illegal and arbitrary.
2. The Petitioner is working as Computer Operator in the office of Respondent No.5 since the year-2019. While so, for the period from 28.06.2024 to 30.11.2025, the salary was not paid to him. Thereafter, the Respondent No.5 addressed letters, dated 29.09.2025 and 02.05.2026 to the Respondent No.4 for further action with regard to the pending salary of the Petitioner for the above said period. As no further action is being taken, the present Writ Petition came to be filed.
3. Sri M.S.R. Murthy, learned Standing Counsel does not dispute the claim of the Petitioner and submitted that the amount due to the Petitioner would be paid in four monthly installments starting from July-
2026.
4. Heard the counsels.
5. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with the following directions:-

(i). The Respondent-Authorities are
directed to disburse the amount due to the Petitioner for the period 28.06.2024 to 30.11.2025 in four monthly installments starting from July-2026. (ii). No order as to costs.
