None appears for the respondent.
2. Joint memo is filed signed by the petitioner and his
learned counsel. Memo reads as under:
<It is submitted that the learned Trial Judge has convicted the accused/petitioner herein for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, and sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.2,80,000/-, in default the accused shall undergo simple imprisonment for six months. During the pendency of the above revision petition, in compliance with the order dated 22.11.2018, the petitioner has already deposited 50% of the said fine amount before the Trial Court. The petitioner further undertakes to pay the remaining balance amount in four (4) equal monthly instalments, commencing from 15th May 2026. In view of the above, it is humbly prayed that this Hon9ble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to pay the remaining fine amount of Rs.1,40,000/- in four (4) monthly instalments i.e., 15.05.2026, 15.06.2026, 15.07.2026 and 15.08.2026, in the interest of justice and equity. Hence, this memo.=

3. Taking note of the attendant facts and circumstances of the case, memo is accepted.
4. Placing the memo on record, revision petition stands
disposed of.
5. The amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification, if not already withdrawn.
6. It is made clear that, if any one of the installment as agreed in the memo is not paid, revision petitioner shall undergo imprisonment as ordered by the learned Trial Magistrate confirmed by the learned Judge in the First Appellate Court.
