Crime No. 143/2026 ..Respondent(s) PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to relax the condition imposed on 14.05.2026 in the anticipatory bail application Crl.O.P.No.12363 of 2026 in Crime No.143 of 2026 that the petitioners should sign before the Respondent police sign daily at 10.00 am until further orders For Petitioner(s): Mr.C.Raja For Respondent(s): Ms.R.S.Indira, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.12363 of 2026 vide order dated 14.05.2026. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that A6 has not been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, whereas the other petitioners, A1 to A5, have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 11031 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court, in respect of petitioners A2 to A5 in Crl.OP.No.12363 of 2026 vide order dated 14.05.2026 is relaxed, and the petitioners A2 to A5 are directed to appear before the trial Court as and when required. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the first petitioner (A1) that “the petitioners to report before the respondent police, daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders” is modified to the effect that “the first petitioner to report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.00 a.m until further orders”. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. Insofar as A6 is concerned, since the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court, this Court is not inclined to grant any relaxation. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition with respect of A6 is dismissed. 4.
