JUSTICE RAVI CHIRANIA Order 16/04/2026 This Court vide order dated 10.04.2026 directed the respondent-Rajasthan Public Service Commission to conduct the medical examination of the petitioner in respect of the physical disability. In pursuance to the same, the petitioner appeared before the Medical Board constituted by the S.M.S. College and Hospital, Jaipur. In terms of order of this Court, the Medical Board assessed his physical disability at 6%. In the writ petition, the petitioner has enclosed a certificate showing his disability at 45%. This serious variation shows that the previous certificate as enclosed regarding the disability of the petitioner are not genuine. The petitioner undertakes to withdraw his previous physical disability certificate in terms of the fresh medical examination done by the Board and also undertakes that he would not use the same in future.
