The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to release and pay the salary/honorarium along with all consequential benefits to the petitioner for the period from 04.01.2024 to 01.08.2024, during which the petitioner was kept out of service due to the illegal termination order which has already been set aside by this Hon’ble Court. 10.2 Direct the respondents to pay interest on the delayed payment of salary for the aforesaid period. 10.3 Issue appropriate writ/order directing the respondents to grant all consequential service benefits arising out of the 3 order passed by this Hon’ble Court in WPS No. 1276 of 2024. 10.4 Direct the respondents to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner for payment of salary for the intervening period within a stipulated time frame. 10.5 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records relevant to petitioner’s claim for kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court. 10.6 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass any other writ, order, directions or relief which the petitioner is entitled and the Hon’ble Court may deem it fit in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already submitted a representation vide Annexure P-6 seeking the same relief(s) from respondent no. 2, therefore at this stage, he is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking direction from the concerned authority i.e. respondent no. 2 to consider and take decision on the pending representation at the earliest, within stipulated time frame. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, they are having no objection. 4. On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, directing respondent no. 02 to consider and take decision on the pending representation Annexure P-6 submitted by petitioner, in 4 accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of the order. 5.
