Darru Bhanumathi, is the legally wedded wife of Sri Darru Chinna Rao, and in releasing pension benefits and payments to an unknown person, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. As the respondent Indian Railways is notified under the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal, petitioner has to work out her remedies before the said forum. 3.
