No. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 11046 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 4 13643 of 2026, directing the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, as one of the conditions for grant of bail, and to enlarge the petitioner on bail subject to the remaining conditions. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a daily wage earner and that it is difficult for him to comply with the condition requiring him to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum. He therefore prayed that the condition be modified by directing the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with one blood surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and having regard to the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the bail condition imposed in the order dated 05.06.2026 passed in Crl.O.P. No. 13643 of 2026. Accordingly, the condition requiring the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with one blood surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.
