Mr. Vijay Bhatt, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. Mr. Bhaskar Chandra Joshi, learned A.G.A. with Mrs. Rangoli Purohit, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. Both the petitioners Kamrunisha W.o Late Mohd. Tahseem and her son Mohd. Yusuf are praying for adequate protection from respondent nos. 4 and 5. 4. The S.S.P. joined the proceeding through V.C. and the head of the committee constituted by the S.S.P. Ms Anjana Negi is also present in court and apprise that Mohd. Yunus, the son of petitioner no. 1, has already been taken into the custody pursuant to a First Information Report lodged by the victim and now the investigation is being conducted by the individual Sub- Inspector Ms. Asha Bisht. The S.S.P. also submits that police administration will assess the threat perception, if any, to the petitioners and will take appropriate steps, however, with regard to the ongoing investigation in which the son of petitioner no. 1 has been arrested the cooperation of both the petitioners are required. 5. Mr. Vijay Bhatt, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that both the petitioners will fully cooperate with the ongoing investigation. 6. In such view of the matter, there is no need to keep this petition pending. 7. Subject to the observation and direction as above, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
