At the outset, learned Government Counsel for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that fourth respondent would reconsider the issue and pass orders afresh, keeping in view of the relevant Government Orders, more particularly, the communication / proceedings dated 25.05.2026. 3. In such view of the matter, impugned proceedings dated 25.06.2026 is set aside. The fourth respondent is directed to consider the matter afresh and pass fresh orders on or before 10.07.2026. It is open to the petitioner to place reliance upon any other Government Order, Communications etc., in support of his request for admission in the said school. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the classes have already commenced in the 6th respondent School. Hence, the petitioner’s son may be permitted to attend classes, subject to the outcome of the proceedings pending before the fourth respondent. 5. This Court is inclined to accede to the above request made by the petitioner.
