PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: The Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNSS’) by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.2 & 3 for granting of pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No.138 of 2024 on the file of Denduluru Police Station, Eluru District, registered for the alleged offences punishable under Section 194 of ‘the BNSS’ and later Section of law was altered to Sections 108, 85 read with 35 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNS’) and Section 3(1)(R), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for brevity ‘the SCs/STs (POA) Act.’). 2. Sri K.Sandeep, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor before submissions of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that chargesheet has already been filed and before that notice contemplated under Section 35(3) of ‘the BNSS’ was also served on the Petitioners on 01.05.2026. 3.
