Learned Government Advocate for second respondent would submit that petitioner is allegedly involved in activities of smuggling repeatedly. 3. This Court is not inclined to go into the correctness or otherwise of the above statement. This Court leaves it to the appropriate concerned respondent to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. 3. In view thereof, there shall be a direction to concerned respondent, to consider petitioner’s application dated 30.01.2025 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner, and any other interested party, within a period of four weeks from the date of uploading of web copy without waiting for the receipt of certified copy.
