CRL MP No. 11044 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 4 seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.14156 of 2026 dated
05.06.2026.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police strongly objected the application, however fairly conceded that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.14156 of 2026 dated 05.06.2026. Accordingly, the condition that
“the petitioner to report before the respondent police twice a day at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m for a period of 30 days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation” is modified to the effect that “the petitioner to report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m for a period of 30 days”. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 01-07-2026 DRL https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
