Considering the submissions made by the learned counsels on either side, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of six months.’ 4.
