2. By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following substantive relief:
“(a) This Hon’ble Court be pleased to allow this application, and in the event of arrest, the investigating authorities may kindly be ordered and
directed to release the Applicant herein above on pre-arrest bail in C.R. 3. After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Chandrakant Yadav, learned Advocate for the Applicant, sought a passover to take instructions from the Applicant. At his request, the matter was taken up after some time.
4. Mr. Chandrakant Yadav, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application. This request is not opposed by Mr. Shriram Choudhari, learned APP for the State-Respondents.
5. In view of the statement made by Mr. Chandrakant Yadav, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave is granted to withdraw the present Anticipatory Bail Application.
6. Anticipatory Bail Application No. 464 of 2026 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
