A.No.1292 of 2026 in C.S. (Comm Div). No.117 of 2024 __________ Page2 of 2 K. KUMARESH BABU, J. ORDER When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had vehemently contended to the application, by raising an issue that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26683 of 2023 dated 27.01.2025, as no relevancy in the suit. However, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant would reiterate that the same would not cause any prejudice to the plaintiff and these issues can be decided during final arguments in the suit, as whether such documents are relevant documents.
2. In such a view of the matter, the application is ordered, as prayed for. However subject to relevancy of the said document to be proved in the suit. 30-06-2026 (1/2) stn Application No. 1292 of 2026 in C.S (Comm. Div.) No.117 of 2024 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
