2. It is the case of the prosecution that the first and third accused are the sons of the second accused. The allegation against the petitioner is that, due to previous enmity, the first accused had drove over the deceased, causing his death on the spot. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioners have been in custody since 11.05.2026 and are ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for the grant of bail. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, while opposing the grant of bail, reiterated the prosecution case and, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been in judicial custody since 11.05.2026 and that the investigation is still pending. 5. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the investigation is still pending and having regard to the nature of the allegations, this Court is of the view that it would not be appropriate to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 6.
