Rahman … for the petitioner(s) Mr. Gouranga Kr. Das, ld. APP Mr. Sourendra Betal Mr. Arka Naha … for the State-respondent(s) Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been foisted with the criminal case on the basis of act and actions which were at the behest of his father. The petitioner is innocent and his liberty should not be jeopardized. State produces the case diary. I have taken into account the forged deed wherein both the father of the petitioner as the land owner made his signature and the petitioner made his signature as the developer. 2 Having considered the fact of conspiracy which is the case of the prosecution, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (A) 3067 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
